Preparation phase

Preparation phase:
After the groups will be selected, we will start the preparations that will be synchronized within the partnership structure – deciding upon the intercultural evenings’ preparations – country presentations, music, even a specific format to introduce it – such as presenting a national dance and teaching the other groups this dance or preparing presentations on a specific topic; then the format of the presentations on discrimination in the national contexts and the groups discriminated; creating the project’s blog and facebook groups – administrated by different national groups; preparing information on media and discrimination in the participant countries, proposing movies on human rights, etc. All the preparation phase will be based on the participants’ contribution, as they will also have the decision on the final version of the programme – the group leaders will permanently present the participants’ proposals for the activities. Thus, within the partnership structure, we agreed on having the preparation phase completed at least 2 weeks before the project.
For this purpose:
1. The Romanian group will be documenting the situation of the Roma population in Romania
2. The Spanish group will be working on the situation of the migrants' situation in Spain
3. The Italian group will be documenting the migrants’ situation in Italy
4. The Turkish group will document the situation of the ethnic groups in Turkey
5. The Polish groups will be documenting the situation of the sexual minorities’ tolerance in Poland
6. The Greek group will be working on documenting the situation of the social excluded groups, due to poverty reasons.
